about me

Hi there! Thank you for being interested in my website. My name is Yvonne. I have lived in several countries as a scientist. My journey has taken me from Germany to the US to Switzerland. While working in pharmaceuticals in Switzerland I have rediscovered my passion for painting. Since my childhood I have always been drawing and painting. Unfortunatly, during my years at university and my first jobs in the economy I was to „busy“ and did not take the time to paint. However , while I was staying in Arizona for one year I have come to love the desert and all its facets. Since then that landscape has always pulled me back and several vacation trips to the beautiful Southwest followed. Until I finally had the courage to try painting again. My first motifs where of the desert. Later I added paintings depicting different landscapes. I hope you enjoy browsing through my portfolio!
